Loyalty Rewards – Terms & Conditions

  • Loyalty credits are not redeemable against booking deposits.
  • A minimum spend of £2,000 per booking is required to apply any credit.
  • Use of credits on bookings with price matches is subject to management discretion.
  • A maximum of £100 in loyalty credit may be applied to bookings totaling £2,500 or more. For bookings of £5,000 or more, up to £200 in loyalty credit may be applied.
  • No more than £200 in loyalty credit can be redeemed per booking, regardless of accrued total.
  • Any unused credit beyond the applicable limit will be carried forward and may be used toward future qualifying bookings.
